Refunds policy

1. Overview
At Coeurage Labs, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, advisory, and program experiences. Due to the nature of our services—which include access to intellectual property, customized guidance, and time-based delivery—all purchases are subject to the refund terms outlined below.
By purchasing any service, program, or engagement, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Coaching Programs and Advisory Services
All coaching programs, retainers, and advisory services are non-refundable once the engagement has commenced.
“Commencement” includes any of the following:
Attendance at a coaching session (live or virtual)
Access to program materials, frameworks, or resources
Participation in onboarding, planning, or strategy sessions
3. Pre-Commencement Refunds
If you request a refund before the official start date of an engagement:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@coeuragelabs.com
Approved refunds may be subject to a 20% administrative fee to cover onboarding and processing costs
No refunds will be issued once the engagement has started.
4. Payment Plans
For clients enrolled in a payment plan:
You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of participation level
Missed sessions or lack of engagement do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of remaining payments
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services and/or collections action
5. Missed or Rescheduled Sessions
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session
Sessions missed without sufficient notice will be forfeited and are not refundable
Rescheduling is subject to availability. In the case of a medical emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, at the sole discretion of Coeurage Labs.
6. Satisfaction and Results Disclaimer
We are committed to supporting your growth; however:
Results are not guaranteed and depend on your level of participation, effort, and external factors
Dissatisfaction with outcomes does not qualify for a refund
7. Digital Products and Resources
All digital products, templates, and materials are non-refundable due to the immediate access and transfer of intellectual property.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
9. Force Majeure
Coeurage Labs shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, pandemic, war, government restrictions, labour disputes, technical failures, or interruptions to communication platforms. In such cases, Coeurage Labs will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable or provide alternative arrangements where possible.
